Rattlesnake Avoidance Training - VIP group class

How the classes work 

• The training is simple and effective.
• Your dog will learn to identify the smell of a rattlesnake and then to avoid it - for life.
• We use a live, unaltered rattlesnake, kept in a strike-proof cage with plenty of venting so your dog can get close and get a good smell of rattlesnake.
• At the time your dog's snout is full of rattlesnake smell, we activate the training collar to deliver a sharp pain.
• Your dog now associates that specific smell with pain and will avoid it at all costs.
• Every dog is tested at the end of the class to make sure they are now snake-proof and I offer free re-testing at any future class so you can be confident in your dog's training.

Payment 

Payment is required at the time of registration. If you prefer to pay by check, please email info@rattlesnakedog.com to make arrangements. Please keep in mind that I will not be able to hold a place for you in the class until your check is received.

Class size 

When you come to the class, I want to make sure I have ample time to spend with each participant and their dog(s), so I limit the class size to 20 dogs. This also means there is less idle time for each participant.

Additional class dates 

If you don't see a date that works for you, please use the email sign up form at the bottom of this page to be notified when new classes are added to the schedule.

Private Sessions 

Private sessions are $220 per dog. Please DO NOT use this form to register for private sessions. If you are interested in scheduling a private session, email me at info@rattlesnakedog.com.

Cancellation and refund policy 

In order to receive a full refund, email your cancelation request to info@rattlesnakedog.com at least 7 days in advance of the class. In the event the instructor cancels a class, you will receive a full refund or have to opportunity to register for a different class.
