Ready for Classes

6/16/2013

With the mild winter and early spring, people are already encountering rattlesnakes. My snakes are out of hibernation and ready to train your dogs.

What you are looking at are two fang marks from a rattlesnake bite that occurred near Cashmere. You can see from the size, this was a big one. Fortunately the dog lived, and then took my class to prevent future encounters

I have a unique service that I offer, and the challenge is that most people who need the service, either don't know they need it, or don't know it exists.

Trying to reach people who aren't looking for you is a difficult task. That is why I would like to try working with Veterinary clinics to help educate their clients about protecting their pets.  If you have a Veterinarian who already promotes rattlesnake vaccine, you might see if they are open to partnering. I can be reached at info@rattlesnakeDog.com

    My Story

I was introduced to this training in Arizona over 10 years ago when we had our Black Lab snake proofed.  When we moved back to Washington and settled in Wenatchee in 2003 , he detected snakes for us when we hiked in the hills.
When we got a new puppy, I needed to protect her from rattlesnakes, but there wasn't anyone local offering these classes. So since I needed the snake , training collar and a permit to train our own dog, I decided to start offering this as a service to others.
